The weight of the package and the delivery address - Postal Code.
MAXIMUM WEIGHT for package is 24 kg.

Why does the tracking number provide “Billing Information Received”?

A tracking number will be sent to our customer via email once the package has been printed and scanned by our carrier. Due to the process, it is possible that your item might have a 1-2 days tracking number information. Here are a few possibilities as to why the tracking information displays “Billing Information Received.”

The shipping label has printed, but the order has not been shipped. In this case, your order is in process of packaging but has not been scanned at the carrier’s station. Your item will be shipped on the next business day. Package has been processed and shipped: Due to the varying times of purchased after 5pm and during weekends and volume of shipments, our staff will not be able to ship your package until the next business day. However, you can be assured your label will be printed and scanned by our shipping carrier’s system as soon as possible.

Holidays!!!

There is a 50% increase in order and mail volume during holidays, and this can impact processing and shipping. December is our busiest month and also for Canada Post.

Please have in mind when ordering, that if you place your order before the weekend (Thursday night or Friday) it will not leave the post office before Monday

Mailing cured meats

Properly Dry-cured meat is a shelf stable and therefore does not require refrigeration, so yes, you can send it through the mail.

Depends on time of year and locations. It can get awfully hot in transit. Unless it's winter, and it won't go through anywhere hot. No safety impact, but definitely quality loss if it is during the hot time of year.
