At KARLOVO INC., we ship exclusively within Canada. To ensure reliable delivery, we use the services of Canada Post (www.canadapost.ca).

Mailing Cured Meats

Properly dry-cured meats are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration, making them suitable for shipping. However, keep in mind:

  • Summer shipping may affect quality due to high temperatures in transit.
  • Winter shipping is ideal, as cold weather helps maintain product quality.

For the best experience, we recommend avoiding shipping cured meats during hot seasons to prevent quality loss.

Shipping Options

We offer the following delivery methods:

  • Xpresspost™ – A fast and cost-effective shipping service for quicker delivery.
  • Expedited Parcel™ – A budget-friendly ground delivery service.

Shipping Charges & Factors Affecting Costs

Shipping prices are determined by:

  • The weight of the package.
  • The destination postal code.

Maximum package weight: 24 kg.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Why does my tracking number show “Billing Information Received”?

This status means your shipping label has been created, but the package has not yet been scanned by Canada Post. Here’s why this might happen:

  • The order is still being packaged and has not yet reached the carrier. It will be shipped on the next business day.
  • If the order was placed after 5 PM or on a weekend, it will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Holiday Shipping Delays

During holidays, there is a 50% increase in mail volume, which may affect processing and delivery times. December is our busiest month, as well as for Canada Post.

🚨 Important: Orders placed on Thursday night or Friday may not leave the post office until Monday due to weekend processing schedules.

International Shipping:

  • We currently ship exclusively within Canada.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our website or the carrier’s website.

Lost or Delayed Shipments:

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time frame, please contact our support team.
  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
