Bulgarian White Brined Cheese-200g

This is another great cheese carried by Karlovo. I liked the idea of having it portioned in smaller packages and open one at a time. Compared to the one in 800 grams tins, this one seems a little harder, dryer and crumbly. as if the percentage of fat was lesser. But in spite of all these, the cheese tastes great and I will certainly buy it again. As far as the whole shopping experience with Karlovo goes, it was a very good one..Great and prompt service and delivery. Thank you and I'll be back!
