Bulgarian Brined White Cheese

Oh, my!!! What a wonderful , heavenly taste!! I grew up with this kind of cheese and I couldn't get one tasting like it anywhere around. Until now. Great cheese! Finished one in two days and had to refrain from opening the second tin, so I would have it for the coming holidays. But I ordered the small 200 grams packages that will cover me until I can open the tin. I should mention that I go by "The Cheese Monster" in my circle of family and friends.

The best feta cheese. I like it.
